Ingredients:

  • 4 (6 oz / 170g) Salmon Fillets
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) melted butter
  • 1 tsp (3g) garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) paprika
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) onion powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  2. Use paper towels to pat the salmon fillets completely dry on all sides.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and onion powder.
  4. Brush the top and sides of each fillet with melted butter or olive oil, then sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the fish, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Place the fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let the salmon rest for 5 minutes before serving.
