Ingredients:
- 4 (6 oz / 170g) Salmon Fillets
- 2 tbsp (30ml) melted butter
- 1 tsp (3g) garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp (3g) paprika
- 1/2 tsp (3g) salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) black pepper
- 1/4 tsp (1g) onion powder
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Use paper towels to pat the salmon fillets completely dry on all sides.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and onion powder.
- Brush the top and sides of each fillet with melted butter or olive oil, then sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the fish, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven and let the salmon rest for 5 minutes before serving.
