Ingredients:
- 4 (6 oz / 170g) salmon fillets
- 1 tsp (6g) kosher salt
- ½ tsp (1g) cracked black pepper
- 3 tbsp (42g) unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves (9g) garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp (2g) dried parsley
- ¼ tsp (0.5g) paprika
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets completely dry with paper towels and season the tops generously with kosher salt and cracked black pepper.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried parsley, and paprika.
- Spoon the garlic butter mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
- Bake on the center rack for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C).
- Remove from the oven and let the fillets rest on a plate for 5 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.
