Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (300g) strawberries, quartered
  • 2 cups (300g) mango, cubed
  • 2 cups (160g) pineapple, cubed
  • 2 cups (150g) kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups (150g) blueberries
  • 2 cups (300g) purple grapes, halved
  • 3 tbsp (45ml) honey
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp (2g) lime zest
  • 1 pinch (0.5g) salt

Instructions:

  1. Dice all fruits into uniform, bite-sized pieces, aiming for roughly 1/2 inch (1.2cm) cubes.
  2. Combine the honey, lime juice, lime zest, and salt in a small jar; shake vigorously or whisk until the honey is completely dissolved and the mixture is glossy.
  3. Layer the fruit into 12 clear cups in the following order: strawberries (red), mango (orange), pineapple (yellow), kiwi (green), and blueberries and grapes (blue/purple).
  4. Drizzle approximately 1 teaspoon (5ml) of the honey lime dressing over the top of each cup, gently pushing the dressing down into the layers without stirring.
