Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the popped popcorn, Chex cereal, and pretzels. Stir gently to distribute the ingredients evenly.
- Place the butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until the butter is melted and the sugar has dissolved.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil for exactly 2 minutes until it becomes a glossy mahogany syrup.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Immediately pour the hot glaze over the popcorn mixture and fold gently with a silicone spatula until every piece is evenly coated.
