Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 pack (12 count) Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 10 slices cheddar cheese
- 10 slices dill pickle chips
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently with your hands to avoid overworking the meat.
- Using a serrated knife, slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without fully separating the individual rolls.
- Place the bottom half of the roll slab on the prepared baking sheet.
- Press the seasoned beef mixture evenly across the bottom buns, flattening it into a uniform layer that reaches the edges of the rolls.
